Who are we?
Established in 2020, our R&D Center contributes to the country's economy through import substitution and direct export, with the products it develops and produces added value in parallel with Turkey's R&D vision. In this context, we have ensured the commercialization of our devices, which we developed entirely within our structure, through Product Development (P&D) activities. We delivered our products to many hospitals and organizations in Turkey and exported them abroad.
Our R&D Center, with an area of approximately 600 m2, was registered by the T.R. Ministry of Industry and Technology in 2020. We continue to produce medical device technologies, offer innovative solutions, and participate in incentive projects such as TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB with a staff of more than 35 engineers.
Our R&D Center, which closely follows academic developments, follows academic developments in the literature with its personnel who can access more than 50 databases within the institution. With the CO-OP training agreement we signed with certain universities, we enable undergraduate students to gain experience in our R&D Center. We are increasing University-Industry collaborations day by day with industry-oriented master's theses.
Our Projects
Our R&D Center, which has the vision of leading the sector by developing innovative applications, develops its projects and contributes to the country's economy by creating import substitution and exports. Our Center, which has great importance in our R&D studies, continues its R&D studies under main headings such as biomedical device design, thermodynamic analysis and design, and electronic hardware and software designs. In addition to office areas, our Center also has infrastructures supporting R&D, such as embedded systems design, software development laboratories, and mechanical design departments. Projects developed in our R&D center continue as Neonatal Intensive Care Devices, Respiratory and Vital Support Units, Medical Device Testing, and Calibration Devices.
Reward System
With our R&D Award Incentive System within our R&D Center, we provide material and moral support to the training and research of our colleagues. In this context, we support our employees who produce publications, develop project ideas, and apply for patents with financial awards. We provide various incentives to our employees doing postgraduate education, such as educational leave and doctoral compensation. Our main incentives are:
